Minnesota Nicotine Anonymous (NicA) is a non-profit 12-step fellowship dedicated to helping people live nicotine-free lives. We welcome all those seeking freedom from nicotine addiction, including those using cessation programs and nicotine withdrawal aids. Our primary purpose is to support individuals in quitting tobacco and nicotine products of any kind.
The only requirement for Nicotine Anonymous membership is a desire to stop using nicotine.
Nicotine Anonymous meetings are opportunities to talk with other members of NicA about their experience, strength and hope regarding their recovery from nicotine addiction. There are no dues or fees to attend.
Meetings are one of the tools we use to help us quit using nicotine.
